The main house is divided into 4 apartments: the main one consists of a living room-kitchen with a typical fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a veranda with an outdoor oven on the first floor; 2 two-room apartments on the second floor and another two-room apartment on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there are also two other rooms used as bookstores and rustic kitchen, as well as a cellar and a large covered veranda with a beautiful view over the valley. The annex is divided into two independent apartments, easily reunited.

The property is located in the centre of Italy, and more precisely in the region of Umbria, which is well known as the "green heart of Italy." This region is rich in history and culture and boasts many historic and beautiful cities and places to visit, such as Perugia, Assisi , Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi , Orvieto, Trasimeno lake, etc., and countless ancient villages that are scattered everywhere. These places, especially for the summer, hold many events, namely the Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia and the Eurochocolate in Perugia, the Ceri race in Gubbio, the Quintana in Foligno, the exhibition of horse and truffle in Città di Castello and many other festivals and fairs where you can enjoy the excellent Umbrian cuisine. From here you can also easily reach wonderful Tuscan cities, such as Siena, Florence, Pisa, Cortona and the beautiful shores of both the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic sea in about one hour driving. The area is well served as it is close to the airport of S. Egidio in the province of Perugia, and not too far from the airports of Rome, Florence, Bologna and Pisa.
