Brough Business Centre, which opened in 2008 following extensive refurbishment of the old BAE Systems Ltd 'Flying Club', consists of 30 luxury offices available to let on monthly terms. The rooms offer a blank canvas for businesses to create their own unique working spaces. This impressive business centre boasts a welcoming reception area, central atrium space, for informal meetings or break out space for businesses on site and modern conference and meeting rooms to hire along with ample onsite parking, kitchens, showers and a lift.

Location
Brough Business Centre now benefits from the recent opening of Brough South Relief Road providing an alternative route, bi-passing the town centre and the railway crossing to the site.

It is also a short walk to Brough Station and local amenities, including cafes, shops and supermarkets.

Terms of Occupation
The offices are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre manager or on-site business advisor.

Rental
Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee. Licence fee includes - reception services (meet & greet visitors, mail services); access to a wider business support network; refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning; business rates; building insurance

Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of Office based businesses. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance, car trade or related businesses are not permitted.

Repairs & Maintenance
Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office only.

Business Rates & VAT
VAT is payable. Business Rates are included in the licence fee

Conference & Meeting Space
Our modern conference room can cater for up to 70 delegates and comes with TVs, webcams (for hybrid meetings) and WIFI included within the hire charges. Smaller rooms and refreshments are available on request.

The Conference room is also available to hire to businesses external to the business centre.

Viewings
Viewings are available during office hours 9am-4pm.
