Casa Marconi is an imposing 1,500 sq.mt. mansion house, located in the charming hilltop medieval town of Campoli Appennino, in the heart of Italy's truffle growing region.

All rooms except the garage overlook a beautiful and sunny garden of about 200 square meters. There is also an external courtyard at the back leading to a second exit from the house. On the second floor there is a beautiful terrace of about 30 square meters, which overlooks a park, and beyond that the Apennines.

The ground level largely is largely comprised of cellars and storerooms, with a number of bedroom suites on the first and second floors, as well as several elegant living rooms on the upper floor. CAMPOLI APPENNINO AND THE CIOCIARIA

Campoli Appennino is a charming medieval hilltop towns in the area of Italy called the Ciociaria, the name given to the fertile land that lies south of Rome but north of Naples, situated inland in the hills in the heart of Italy.
