State of repair:
The buildings were renovated in 2005/2006 with the works aimed to preserve the typical elements of the cottage and consolidation of the estate like complete renovation of floors and roof. Externally, the cottage has stone unplastered facades, with dominated large extent of the beautiful Etruscan local travertine. The roof has typical structure with wooden beams and terracotta tiles in Roman style. It is equipped with insulation, waterproof and soundproof system with natural cork panels.
