This Mini-Hotel is situated in a small and quite village without any city noise, on the northern coast of Lustica Peninsula, with a view of Tivat, Lastva, Herceg Novi Riviera and the mountain Lovcen. According to the researches made by the Sea Biology Institute from Kotor, Bjelila has the cleanest water on the seaside of Montenegro.

This old stone villa from the 17th Century has been renovated, built and modernly equipped with everything that is necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

The Mini-Hotel was completely renovated in January 2016 in a very up-to-date and luxurious design, with 7 comfortable apartments, classified four stars. The reconstruction which has significantly changed the building appearance itself, improved comfort to guest's full satisfaction. As part of the Mini-Hotel, there is an international restaurant offering national and international dishes.

The Mini-Hotel is located in a quiet area, enabling guests to enjoy themselves without the usual summer crowds, loud music noise and everything that might spoil or disturb their rest while being very close to all important town happenings and tourist centres. The reconstruction of this luxurious building included all the apartments in complete, building in central air conditioner, hotel's public areas, reception service, lobby lounge, the restaurant and special attention was paid to the tiniest details.

The goal of the renovation was to improve and change the Villa in order to match the demands of guests and their modern lives while enabling them to feel as comfortable as they would in their own home. To create a relaxed, pleasant and friendly atmosphere which would make their stay pleasant and unforgettable.

DUPLEX JUNIOR APARTMENT
Apartment for 4 people, extra luxurious segment of the building, intended for holidays at the highest level. Duplex apartment consists of two bedrooms, with a shower-bath, spacious separate wardrobes, the views look towards the Marina and the Fishing Village. Duplex apartment has a large dining table, separate living room. It is equipped with all details needed for a modern stay, such as: LCD TV set, cable television, safety deposit boxe, direct phone line, wireless internet connection, central air-conditioning system for cooling or heating and a piano.

JUNIOR SUITE

EXECUTIVE TWO BED SUITE x 2 Separate Apartments
Like all other suites in the Villa, Executive suites have a small living room area separate from the bedrooms, receiving areas, luxurious bathrooms and terraces with beautiful sea view. From the living room you go out to the large terrace to a comfortable seating area. Executive suites are equipped with flat screen LCD 32" TV set in bedrooms and with modern sound system.

STANDARD ROOM
Like all other suites in the Mini-Hotel, Standard room is equipped with a flat screen LCD 32" TV, King size bed but you also have the option to divide the king size bed and make it into 2 single beds. From the bedroom you go out to the small terrace with perfect view of Boka Kotorska bay.

SUPERIOR ROOM
Designed to accommodate 2 people. Like the other apartments in the Mini-Hotel, the Superior Room offers an ingenious comfort for guests of the Hotel, a luxurious bathroom and a terrace overlooking the Bay of Kotor in front of the apartment. This room is on the ground floor of the villa, an ideal place for people who want to stand out and enjoy the view of the Gulf and with a huge King size bed of 200 x 200 cm. The room is equipped with a flat screen LCD 32 "TV in the bedroom, internet connection, safety deposit box, mini bar.

FAMILY APARTMENT
Apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, perfect apartment for a family. It consists of an elegant large bedroom, spacious wardrobes, and terrace with a view of the Marina and fishing Village. They are also equipped with all details needed for a modern stay, such as: LCD TV set, cable television, safety deposit box, wireless internet connection, central air-conditioning system for cooling or heating.

Integral part of this exclusive Mini-Hotel is the restaurant. Irresistible splendour of colours, scents, top tastes and aromas will satisfy the most choosey guests. You can enjoy local and international culinary specialities prepared by one of the best culinary experts of these areas. Aside of everyday board and lodging offer, the restaurant has fish on the menu, sea food, traditional specialities like cheese in oil, smoked ham (prosciutto), etc. The Mini-Hotel is supplemented with a large assortment of local and imported high quality wines, as well as other sorts of drinks from all over the world, and the pleasure will be completed by the unforgettable and unique view of the sea and mountain Lovcen.

The owner of this Mini-Hotel has applied to register extra m2 on the tittle deeds, during the renovations there were things extended and added. Apartments have 175m2 and sit on a plot of 235m2. The owner says the apartments should have about 235m2. The tittle deed says the garden is 131m2 where the restaurant is, but it should have 140m2 plus three "pontas" each having 70-80m2. One more object behind the house has 68m2 registered in the tittle deed, but should have 97m2 + a few more m2 for terraces and basement that have not been included in that number.
