Maleme, Chania, Crete, Greece

The plot is just outside the village Maleme of the municipality Platanias. It is located on a northeast-facing hillside with excellent views of the sea and above the verdant plain of the river Tavronitis. A dirt road reaches the area and there is a cement road, within about 150 m away. There is also direct access to the electricity. The property has a rectangular shape with average dimensions of about 50 m * 90 m. The highest point is on the ridge and has a slight slope and views to the north and south. The property has been classified as agricultural by the forestry department, which allows you to use it directly as you wish. In the area, there were olive trees, which have been abandoned and a beautiful, small forest with large oaks has been created.

Within less than 5 minutes' drive is the seaside, Maleme where, among other things, there are a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and a long pebbly beach. The city of Chania and the airport are about 25 and 35 minutes' drive, respectively.
