There are a range of offices available from one person to 14+ people with 24 hour access. All are modern, inclusive serviced offices and are fully equipped and furnished ready to go with individual air conditioning ,controlled by yourself. Use of meeting rooms available.

The Business Centre is ideally located, directly in the centre of Chelmsford, with the Meadows Car Park directly opposite. It is only 5 minutes from the A12 into London, and a ten minute walk to the train station


Terms can be from as little as three months. The rental price includes all bills, rates, service charge and building insurance. A bonus to Elizabeth House is that there are no line rental charges and unlimited internet. There is also free wifi throughout the building. Fixed monthly licence and only one invoice per month.
