This is an excellent and rare buying opportunity for private individuals, speculators, investors or developers to acquire an individual building plot with planning permission to build a two storey detached house.
Outline planning permission was granted on 8th December 2020 by Cheshire East Council reference 20/4287N. All associated documents can be drawn from the Cheshire East planning portal or can be e-mailed via the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
