Working with a long-established local constructor and his architect we have designed a top spec, modern and contemporary 4 bed 3 bath two storey villa with 133m of living space.
Situated at the end of a quiet cul de scathe plot of 600m is walled and has fabulous far reach-ing views. It is located within walking distance of the village of Arboleas, bars and restau-rants, medical facilities, banks, chemist, a Saturday weekly market etc. The Mediterranean beach resorts of Vera Playa, Garrucha, Mojacar can be reached within 30 to 40 minutes and three airports via excellent motorway connections, Almeria one hour in one direction, Murcia the other and Alicante 2 hours.
Plans are shown for the layout of the 4 bed 3 bath property but if this is not the ideal layout for you the architect will help you to design a bespoke property to suit your desired layout. The finished villa, down to positioning on your chosen plot the colour of the roof tiles, the plug sockets, kitchen and bathroom fittings etc will be to your exact taste and specification.
Build time ranges from 6 to 9 months and you will not be expected to pay a penny until a de-sign and specifications list has been agreed. A deposit will then be required to secure the plot whilst the constructor obtains the necessary build licenses. The land is fully urban and legal paperwork to confirm this and ownership is available. The cost of the construction can then be financed by stage payments over the course of the build with the final payment to be made on signing of the property purchase deed following completion of the build.
