The first floor has living room with terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there two bedrooms, a bathroom, and living room with mini-kitchen. Each floor has its own entrance from the staircase that goes on the side of the building, so if needed it could be regarded as separate guest apartment. All terraces have a great view of the bay.

Distance to the seacoast is only 200 m. The village has grocery stores, restaurants with national cuisine, and several small beaches.
