The property is located in a beautiful village, about 25 minutes' drive southwest of the city Chania. It is a traditional stone residence with three bedrooms and spacious areas. The plot of the house is divided in the middle by a stream, over which a wooden bridge has been built. On the one side is the residence, which has a large courtyard and an open space with barbecue while on the opposite side, there is a parking area that is fenced and closed with gate. The stream has large trees and allows you to create spaces with complete privacy.

The house was not built in order to be sold later and therefore its owners have used excellent materials. There are many traditional elements such as wooden ceilings in all the rooms, even in the bathrooms. The sale does not include the furniture, except the wardrobes of the two bedrooms. The port of Souda and the airport are 30 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
