In a small street in the small hamlet of Lecchiore, a village of the Municipality of Dolcedo, this delightful country house in stone has been completely refurbished with love and attention to detail, with a simple taste which combines a modern-Provençal style with the restoration of the original structure.
The wooden shutters are painted a lively blue and the white framed windows stand out from the stone facades.
The entrance onto the middle floor leads to a bright living room, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. An interior staircase leads down to the basement floor where the modern fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area with fireplace, which can comfortably sit ten people. On the third and top floor, there are two bedrooms.
On the same street, 50 or so meters away, the property has a flat garden, partially assigned as a terrace with a cabin, useful as a deposit for garden furniture, but also transformable into a summer cooking area. A magnificent view of the hills and the sea complete this corner of paradise, far from the world, yet not far from Dolcedo, Imperia or the glamourous life of the French Riviera and Monaco.

Lecchiore is situated in the Prino Valley, renowned for its mild climate also in winter and its scenic beauty which make it an extremely sought-after holiday destination for thousands of tourists from all of Europe.
The Lecchiore area is especially famous for the its little lakes and waterfalls nestled in the woods where you can go for a refreshing swim during the hotter months and spend a few hours immersed in nature.
From Lecchiore one can reach a shrine dedicated to the Virgin Mary, known as Acquasanta. According to tradition the building was built in the 18th century on the spot where the Madonna appeared to worshippers.
Numerous restaurants, bars and clubs can be reached in just a few minutes in Dolcedo or in Imperia, where it is possible to dine literally by the sea shore, on the beach, or overlooking the port, or even in the hills under a cool pergola.
There are many "sagra", typical village feasts, in this area of western Ligurian Riviera, everyone gathers in the main square of a village, each of which has its own culinary speciality theme, such as suckling pig, chestnuts or for example "Cucina Bianca" (White Cuisine) which is a local style of cuisine which only uses products produced and harvested in local areas at an altitude above 1000 meters, such as garlic, onions, cabbage, potatoes, snails, chicken, and of course various types of cheese.
