The villa has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with well furnished rooms and fittings, and air-condition throughout. On the upper floor is a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining area. French windows lead out to the furnished balcony suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a spectacular view over the sea – a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped and has all modern conveniences.

Also on the upper floor the master bedroom with en-suite toilet bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite toilet shower room. Both these bedrooms have ceiling fans and furnished balconies. An outside staircase leads to the lower level of the villa where there are two further bedrooms one with twin beds and en-suite toilet shower room, and the other bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet shower room. French windows lead out onto the pool terrace with its lovely sea view. On this level there is also a small second living area with a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen and dining area the same as on the upper floor.

French windows lead out onto the pool terrace, a very spacious patio overlooking the swimming pool with a dining table for 10 persons. Enjoy dining al fresco in this most romantic of settings outdoor with the scent of the flowers from the well-attended garden. The 40 sq m swimming pool has sun beds and umbrellas and a shower next to the swimming pool. On the terrace by the pool there is also a very comfortable sitting area with a sofa, chairs and a table. This is the perfect spot for relaxation, perhaps read a book or enjoy your evening drink or just get carried away by the breath-taking sea view!

LOCATION
Lefkada is a verdant and mountainous island, part of the Ionian Islands complex, at the west of Greek Mainland. It is located between the islands of Corfu and Kefalonia and is the only island with immediate road access from the mainland, this means easy traveling to the nearby airport or visits to the many interesting historical and touristic places. It has many beauties and attracts thousands of visitors every year but has kept its authenticity and its natural environment is still unspoiled. The wonderful sandy or pebbled beaches with crystal blue waters are world-known and the main reason for Lefkada’s blooming tourism. The island of Lefkada is surrounded by a total of 24 islets, including the renowned island of Scorpios, property of Aristotelis Onassis. In Lefkada you will find remarkable sights, churches and monasteries, picturesque settlements, green surroundings and wonderful beaches.

The quiet village of Perigiali is situated 15 km from Lefkas town and located opposite the famous Scorpios Island of Onassis. Perigiali lies just 700 m down on the coast, with its own beautiful beach of Passa only 950 m from the villa and 1.2 km from the sandy beach of Nidri. The fishing boats at the village quayside are guaranteeing a pleasant meal of fresh fish at one of the waterside tavernas.
