The property is composed of ancient artefacts, old and more recent.
Three of the five properties are rebuilt from the foundation to the roof in the period from 2001 to 2006. has been completely "emptied" and then the roof and the ceilings dropped and reconstructed with beams of chestnut.
The tower of 1200, was supervised by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities (Fine Arts) and supported the reconstruction, stone by stone, numbering them one by one for the maintaining the original structure.
The apartments have been renovated in compliance with earthquake standards with fine aesthetic typical of the area (stone, chestnut beams, windows with shutters or shutters, etc.) and completed at 95% with the testing that occurred in 2006.

Sellano, situated in the valley of the stream Vigi, a right-hand tributary of the Nera river, was founded in around 84 B.C. by the Romans. Never having been strong enough to win its independence, but being of great strategic importance because of its geographic situation, its fate through the centuries was always linked to that of the neighbouring cities. In the following epochs, it, therefore, fell under the rule of the Duchy of Spoleto, then under that of the Papal State and finally, under the lordship of the Collicola family.
