The offices are located within Darlington town centre on the southern edge of the core retail area. Darlington is a large market town in County Durham in the Tees Valley area of North East England. The town is situated approximately 20 miles south of Durham, 15.5 miles west of Middlesbrough and 56 miles north of York. Darlington lies to the east of the A1(M) motorway. Junctions 57 and 58 lie approximately 4 miles to the south-west and north-west of the town centre respectively. The town is served by the A66 dual carriageway, which leads to Stockton on Tees and Middlesbrough to the east, and A1(M) to the west.

The town's main railway station is on the East Coast mainline and regular services are provided to London (Kings Cross) as well as Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow. The fastest journey time to London (Kings Cross) is approximately two hours and 30 minutes. The nearest airport is Durham tees Valley Airport, which lies approximately 6 miles east of the town. This is a small regional airport with very few flights. The nearest airports of note are Newcastle International Airport, which is approximately 45 miles to the north whilst Leeds Bradford Airport is approximately 55 miles to the south.
