The work spaces are located on the first and second floors of the building. They are accessed by a large staircase, with a traditional cast iron bannister and with an exposed stone wall.

Office 1 is located on the first floor and is a traditionally finished office, ideal for a team, with plenty of room for four desks, or a larger table with more work space. With period features including a large restored window, this office also features a bookcase. You can choose your own wall colour and other finishings if you pre-let before Autumn 2016. Floor area of 4.4m x 4.4m, a total area of 19.3m2.

Every office at Caledonian House benefits from enterprise class, super-fast Internet access, as well as a Wi-Fi access point. Each office has numerous electric and Ethernet sockets, positioned around the room to allow you to stay connected whatever your set-up.

Caledonian House uses a smart network of sensors to save you money, but they are also designed to keep you and your team safe. Every window is fitted with a sophisticated magnetic sensor which instantly detects an opening. The sensor can be set to sound an alarm, where appropriate.

Offices are also fitted with highly sensitive motion sensors.
All our workspaces are set behind a secure entry system on the ground floor. Each workspace is fitted with a touch screen intercom to allow your clients entry during the office hours. These intercoms also allow you to see who is in the lobby using a one-way camera. With our security systems, you are in complete control of who enters your space.

Caledonian House is slated for completion in early 2016, but you can secure your workplace now by arranging a pre-let. As a founding tenant with a lease in place, you enjoy a number of benefits. You’ll have secured the most desirable serviced office in the North of Scotland, but you’ll also have more control.

As a pre-let tenant, you can have a say in how your office is furnished - from paint colours to flooring. The earlier you reserve your space, the more input you have into the design of your office.

Caledonian House spans three floors of a building which was originally commissioned as a bank. Caledonian House is accessed on the ground floor at 164 High Street. The large glass door opens onto a bright corridor with a full-length exposed sandstone wall, full of original stonework, designed to make a fantastic first impression. The corridor leads into a waiting room, where our secure entry system is located. This is a great place for informal chats, or for your clients to wait while you come to collect them.
The offices are now available for viewings and pre-lets. A Pre-lets is an agreement which secures your place in the business centre and gives you control over how your space is finished as we near the end of our renovation.

Your rental rate is all inclusive. That means your heating, electricity, security, and Internet are all covered by your rent.
