  • Carry out a comprehensive checking in and out of tenants (for many students this is their first time living away from home we aim to make the transition for them as easy as possible)

  • Once tenants are in place, all requests for repairs and maintance are through us. We have a full maintenance team and corgi registered engineers.

  • We will also co-ordinate repairs or mainttenance including arranging for tradesmen to attend the property and obtain estimates where necessary and supervise works if required.

  • We will also furnish vacant properties on behalf of Landlords if required, taking time to source quality, resonably priced furnishings.

  • Make regular inspections on the property and forward findings in writing to the landlord

  • Carry out a full inspectioin and inventory check at the end of the tenancy and deal with matters relating to unfair wear and lear and cleanliness before releasing tenants deposits.

  • Collect rent due on a monthly basis (amounting to 11+ months rental income in the case of student lets) and arrange for rent to be paid into landlord's accounts by standing order.
