We take damage deposits which are registered with the tenancy deposit scheme therefore protecting both landlord and tenants and take full inventory's with many photographs to back the inventory's up. For maintenance needs we work closely with local contractors and don't load their invoices with administration charges, what they invoice is what our landlords pay. All this is done in house therefore giving our clients just one point of contact.
