After a long day of exploring the city, relax in the tastefully decorated living room, with a large angle sofa and a flat-screen TV.
Indulge in a culinary experience in our modern kitchen, equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as plenty of cookware and utensils.
Once your meal is ready, gather around the elegant dining table with seating for up to four guests. Enjoy a meal with family or friends.
Escape to our private garden oasis surrounded by lush greenery. This tranquil getaway is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunny day in London.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Other things to note
-There is free on-street parking near the flat with only parking restrictions 10am-12pm
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £50 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £100 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
