THE PROPERTY
This property is a 6-bed (4 en-suite), 3 storey town house located 8 mins' walk from Scarborough train station and 28 mins' walk from Scarborough hospital. The rooms are all beautifully decorated with LED lighting, new beds, chests of drawers, bedside tables and either a wardrobes/rails. There is a large back yard which is a lovely sunny space to sit out and relax, have a BBQ or just chill with a cold drink! The communal sitting/dining room has a large smart TV. Off this area is a gorgeous kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 hobs, 2 stand alone fridge/freezers, washer and separate dryer. The house is central yet tucked away and both beaches are easily accessed as is the town, Aldi, Tesco and Sainsburys. All rooms are lockable and great systems are in place to make the whole process very easy to move in and enjoy this fantastic home. Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website, WhatsApp group or using our QR code, and we are always very quick to fix any issues.
THE HOUSEMATES
The other tenants are all professional working, and are aged between about 25 and 50. It is a very friendly but quiet and respectful house. There is a fair amount of socialising, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no loud parties and everyone respects each other's privacy.
Sorry but we don't accept under-25s, couples or student tenants in this property.
AVAILABLE ROOMS
Room 5 - A beautiful en suite room on the 2nd floor, tastefully decorated with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe rail. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The room has a lock on the door and is very warm on account of the insulation grade and its position at the top of the house.
