    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Ideally located with underground a few steps away, lots of bus options and close walking distance to Hampstead Park. You will find all stores including M&S and Sainsbury’s at the bottom of the building.

    Fantastic team on site always available to adress any queries

    This is the second time I lived at Vantage point. After moving out for a few years I decided I wanted to return to Archway and Vantage Point. It's proximity to the tube, Hampstead heath, and the lovely shops and community are one of the main draws. My commute to work from Vantage Point is made so easy by it's location.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The Vantage Point team always respond quickly and professionally and get things sorted as soon as they can.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Can't think of anything. I worked with Foxtons and the lettings team directly. Both were extremely helpful.

    Amazing transport links via archway tube station and an endless array of shops on your doorsteps makes going about your day very easy.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I recently had maintenance work completed in my apartment and the process was absolutely incredible, sabir was professional, polite and very skilled in the work he did , I was very pleased how everything went from start to finish.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Before you move to vantage point it’s difficult to see the amount of shops / restaurants within a walking distance, so it’s good to keep that in mind when considering moving there.

    Excellent transport links. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Plenty of options for groceries. Also a nice park. Area is okay but not a highlight, still alright as it's easy to reach a lot of nearby and central areas.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They always respond, most issues raised get resolved and turnaround is good. The maintenance inside the apartments, when requested, has been good and the people doing the maintenance are very nice. Outside of the apartments I've mentioned at least one thing that I would like to see improved.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The restaurants and cafes keep getting better. There is a market on Saturdays too. Apartments get warm. Internet is capped monthly (though I've never hit the cap, but it's something I have not seen in years elsewhere) and I've experienced moments of unreliability in the daytime (and little to no support in the nighttime, which should also be there). With the size of the building, a service with full fiber all the way to the apartments should be possible - and would not have fluctuations.

    The location is excellent, with grocery stores, the underground, and bus stops just a minute away. However, there are occasional issues with street activity, including drunk individuals, homelessness, and frequent police and ambulance sirens.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Responsive and reliable, addressing issues quickly and efficiently.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t know about the gym induction fee. Also, I initially thought the location was only convenient for the underground, but it’s great for bus and overground connections too.
