5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here is incredibly convenient. There are excellent local shops and cafés nearby, including well-known chains such as Sainsbury’s, Moose Coffee, and Bean Coffee, which easily meet both dining and everyday needs. If you're in the mood to socialise, there are several bars in the area—Malmaison’s bar, in particular, offers a great atmosphere and quality service. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is also close by and has a gym with a swimming pool (though the apartment itself has a fantastic gym with stunning views and top-notch facilities that might just make you fall in love with working out). Just a short walk away is the famous Beatles statue, surrounded by high-quality restaurants and tourist spots. On a sunny day, a stroll around the area can lift even the worst mood. Transport links are convenient, and everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment also comes with a secure car park, and each floor has a bin chute, so there’s no need to go downstairs to take out the rubbish. The sound insulation is excellent as well, making it a peaceful place to live. In short, none of the concerns I had before moving in turned out to be an issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They resolve all issues efficiently and to a high standard, and they also regularly organise events where residents can share their feedback on the living experience. The team actively seeks to improve any areas that are brought to their attention.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
This is a pet-friendly apartment, and a variety of events are regularly organised, such as fitness or yoga sessions and social gatherings like wine evenings. Most residents are very friendly, and receiving parcels and mail is both safe and convenient. Living here feels secure and gives great peace of mind.
