5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is definitely the most convenient apartment I've ever lived in! Right downstairs, there are two large supermarkets, Tesco and Sainsbury's, one on the left and one on the right. Sometimes there are so many choices, it's a real "first-world problem"! For someone like me who doesn't drive, it couldn't be more convenient – the bus stop is right outside the main entrance, with a whopping six different bus routes and a light rail station. Plus, the street below is lined with all sorts of restaurants and cafes, so whether I want to grab a bite or just relax with a coffee, everything is right there. Living here is just so hassle-free!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Since moving in, I've consistently been impressed by the warmth and helpfulness of the management team. Charlotte is incredibly responsive to emails and always takes the time to resolve any issues thoroughly and patiently. I also remember one instance where Molly kindly reminded me that I'd forgotten to close my door properly. It's clear that everyone who works here is dedicated and takes their responsibilities seriously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before applying is that, because my specific apartment wasn't vacant at the time, I wasn't able to view it beforehand. I didn't even know what the view from my windows would be like. It would have been great to have that information before making the decision.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I've been living in this apartment for six months now, and I'm finding myself liking it more and more. Many of my friends also reside here, which has made it feel like a real community. In fact, I enjoy living here so much that I just decided to renew my lease last week!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My experience living here has been largely positive, with a strong sense of community. It's comforting to know there are people around who care. However, I did encounter a significant issue during the winter when my apartment, being on a higher floor, experienced a period without hot water and heating. This was quite distressing. Fortunately, after I brought this to the attention of Charlotte, a solution was eventually provided, and I was satisfied with the outcome.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing I should know, but it has hot water issues in the winter it’s true!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been very comfortable. One of the best aspects of my specific property is that it's a corner unit, which means I benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. This orientation also means my apartment is bathed in sunlight throughout the day, something I truly appreciate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff within the building have also been incredibly welcoming and supportive. In particular, Charlotte has been a fantastic resource during my time here, always willing to help and answer any questions I've had. Even as I moved out, the support continued, with Molly offering helpful advice. And Rosa is a very good concierge lady. She is very kind to help me every time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t see my apartment until I move in. It would be great if the renter could have a viewing before their move in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is buzzing with life: loads of great restaurants, cute cafés grocery stores and bars just a short walk away, plus the canal paths are perfect for some peace and quiet or a weekend run. Transport is super convenient with New Street Station nearby, plenty of trams and buses. The street is generally peaceful, bin collections are consistent, and parking is well-managed for residents. I do not feel unsafe here. The vibe is friendly and community-oriented. I genuinely love calling this place home!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and helpful resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Easy access to transport like trams stops and bus stops.

Very convenient location. A lot of restaurants and bars to choose nearby. The bus stop is literally in front of the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Sometimes it will be very shiny if you’d like to sleep in day time cuz the curtain doesn’t cover the whole window lmao😂😂😂
