Brand New Building with Stunning Design Union is a brand-new building with a stylish and well-thought-out design that perfectly balances comfort and aesthetics. Safety is a priority, with secure entry and 24/7 parcel reception. The building also offers a great gym and spacious work areas. The flats have a sleek, minimalist design that I absolutely love, and they come fully furnished—including a kettle, toaster, and TV! Plus, all rooms are en-suite, which is a huge bonus. Amazing Staff & Management The people working at Union genuinely care about making life here comfortable. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any queries. Most importantly, if you ever have an issue, they act fast to find a solution. If something in your flat breaks, just report it at reception, and they’ll fix it within 24 hours—super efficient! Union+ Membership Union+ is an optional membership that gives you access to additional parts of the building, like the gym and workspaces. But it’s more than that—it’s also about community. The team organizes great social events, making it easy to meet new people. Christmas time was amazing, with cocktail masterclasses, a big resident party, Secret Santa (with great gifts!), and more. Plus, Union+ members get laundry coupons, which is super useful! Well-Maintained Amenities The building’s amenities work really well. You can use either an app or a fob for entry, and if the app ever has issues, you can get a fob for free. Simple Bills & Payments One of the best things about Union is the all-inclusive rent—no need to stress about utility bills! This was really important to me because, in shared houses, people often argue about who used more electricity or water. Here, you can forget about all that. The payment system is straightforward, with direct contracts, so you only pay for yourself. If a flatmate decides not to pay, that’s their issue, not yours. Also, the WiFi is super fast, which is great for those working from home. Final Thoughts I moved into Union over a year ago (I was one of the first residents!), and I can confidently say it was the best decision. The location is perfect, the apartments are brand new and beautifully designed, bills are included, and the staff is always helpful. Living here has made my life so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great Place and Location

The staff are friendly ,helpful and eager to solve any issues you may come across. The apartments are laid out pretty well. The lift up beds are great for storage. The kitchen cabinets seem to have a few filler cabinets that could have been made accessible for storage etc.. The bedrooms beds more centered to give access to both sides.

Great location, lack of transparency surrounding rent rates

The building is great. The rooms have under bed storage which is great however if you are not a member you do not get access to most of the facilities. There is also a lack of transparency surrounding rent with each floor and each room having a different rate.

Great location, but pay over the odds for it.

Good facilities such as co working space and a gym, maintenance respond to problems quickly. However general property management is below par and it is expensive to access the full amenities. The ‘matching’ is based off very lose parameters and I’ve heard horror stories but have only had good experiences myself.

Ask every little detail before moving in

Small but comfy units, lifts are a bit slow given the app and fob system they use. Bin chute service needs to improve. But they seem keen in listening the residents and slowly improving their services.Concierge team are always willing to help and fix anything they can within their power.
