Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Unbeatable Location I won’t lie—you won’t find a better location in Manchester. The building sits right next to a beautiful canal, making for a peaceful yet central spot. The city center is within walking distance, and the Courts Club is right next door—if you love tennis, having courts just steps away from your home is a dream! If you work in the city center, you won’t need public transport; everything you need is just a short walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Big thank you to both Nathan, Bella, Tom, George, Sam. All people are helpful here and all of them contribute to make my living be more peaceful and happier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish more people would know about this building and would enjoy same way as I do :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Most restaurants/grocery stores are available in the local area . The free bus to through the city centre and to Piccadilly station is a very short distance away. The area is quite lively and busy with restaurants/bars ,Aviva Studio and construction to complete this building and new sister tower.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues were addressed within a few days after an email was sent to appropiate department.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noises from pipes and bathrooms through out the building

    Manager's response

    Thank you for your feedback.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to tram and train stations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised a main stance issue and it was fixed by the time I got back from work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rent increases with each floor you are on.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location. Local shops, coffee shops, gyms, and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk . The centre of town is only 10 minutes away. Due to ongoing construction there is a fair bit of traffic noise currently. Lack of local parking aside from in paid multi story car parks can be an issue but given the proximity of town needing a car is unlikely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly well. Maintenance team is very good and quickly fix issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That construction would be taking place for so long right outside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Increase rent price frequently (every 3 months) the location is amazing though. Extra £99 for laundry, gym and communal areas is excessive. They could provide the gym membership only option as other buildings provide this facility at not extra cost. Staff team are amazing!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The residents need to constantly challenge the corresponding department when trying to solve an issue, but eventually it gets solved. Concierge team are always willing to help and fix anything they can within their power.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How often they Increase the rent ( mines went up after six months only)
