The spacious lounge has three large windows, allowing natural light to flood in. The main bedroom is comfortably double size and features a built-in wardrobe. As stated previously, the 'second bedroom' would more comfortably be used as a wardrobe room, study, home office, or guest bedroom. 

Regarding the bathroom pictures, whilst the bathroom remains the same in layout and furniture as the images, it has recently been re-tiled but I haven't yet had professional photos taken. The flat is carpeted throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. There is a good quality combination boiler and the flat has gas central heating throughout. The loft is lit, boarded, clean and easily accessible providing ample space for storage. The flat is offered part-furnished. The current sofa is different to the sofa in the pictures. Where possible, I am happy to be flexible and remove some of the current furniture depending on the needs of the tenant.

Fortescue Road is a sought-after residential road that is conveniently located for all amenities but away from traffic noise. There is a convenient grocery shop very close. Colliers Wood Recreation Ground, Lavender Park and eleven acre Wandle Park are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Street parking is readily available (permits required). Colliers Wood tube station (Northern line) is about a five minute walk and provides easy access to Clapham, the City and the West End. Wimbledon is easily reached by numerous short bus routes. St. George’s Hospital is about a fifteen minute walk. Also within easy walking distance are a large Sainsbury’s, large M&S, two retail parks, Merton Abbey Mills riverside market, and a large gym and health club.
