    I’ve lived at The James for nearly 1 year and absolutely love it. The building itself is stunning. It feels modern, calm, and really well looked after. The team are so lovely and friendly, and they always go out of their way to help!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Haven't had many issues since moving in but when I had an issue with my heaters, Yolanda and was quick to come round and repair it no issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing, I was told everything I needed to know about living here and other questions can be answered when I moved in

    The staff are really helpful. I've loved my 6 months here but am moving for Uni in Birmingham. The area has great shops, restaurants, and bars, with good transport links. Bin collections are reliable. Overall, a well-connected and vibrant place to live!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The team is very professional and responsive. Any issues raised, whether regarding repairs or general maintenance, are dealt with efficiently. Staff are friendly and always happy to help, making the renting experience smooth and enjoyable.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It’s worth knowing that parking can be limited during peak hours, so if you have a car, it’s best to check for available options in advance. Also, the area is lively, which is great for convenience but can be a bit busy during weekends

    Make use of Northern Quarter being essentially just next door! A great area of Manchester
