Whether you're staying for just a couple of months or a year, we cover everything in our bill including utilities, taxes and Wi-Fi so there's no annoying hidden costs.

Living life well at ARK doesn't just mean less life admin either. Our all-inclusive fee means you will receive complimentary access to our members-only onsite co-working space as well as our dedicated Peloton studio, gym and more.

Our community-led space ensures everyone is welcome - tap into one of our onsite events, hit up your ARK neighbour to head for drinks and ultimately, feel at home.
