The finish and quality of development is great. Extremely convenient for local shops and commuting on transport links. Other tenants seem to be adults with no antisocial behaviour. Would have liked parking, however that was unavailable. Question some of the restrictions for access to the pool area. It’s easy to tailgate someone into a lift and then get access. I do think that needs looking at. Overall great experience and would recommend.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they fixed an issue with our light immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It can be quite intrusive to see into other tenants apartments, you get used to it after a while but I was a bit shocked initially. Again, the access to the pool needs looking at, I can see this being an issue in summer. Too many non tenants up there.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Parking availability is scarce but i was able to find a private space not too far. Obviously the road is noisy as it is busy. It would be nice to have more green spaces for dog walks but i can see those are still under construction.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes and in a matter of 30 minutes the issue was dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Perhaps to have understood the parking situation in the neighbourhood a bit more clearly.

The entire Team have been absolutely professional, helpful and very kind. From my first meeting with Abdo who was patient enough to show me around on two separate visits and who helped me closely with the entire process, I would not have managed without his patience and reassurance! I thank him greatly. To the friendly and helpful Reception Team to the lovely maintenance staff. To everyone thank you so much. So far i have not found any negative points about the area. i am enjoying it especially in the sunshine. With thanks to everyone at Bloom Antonia

Yes, there was a problem with my wardrobe and it was dealt with in under 30 minutes of my request

The area is great—lots of local shops, restaurants, and open spaces nearby. Transport links are convenient, and we haven’t had any major issues.. Really happy we moved here!

Yes, all issues we've raised have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the building management team. They’ve always been quick to respond, clear in their communication, and proactive in finding solutions. It’s been a very smooth experience overall.

Honestly, it exceeded my expectations by a lot. There's a good community feeling with others thanks to the shared amenities.
