We are registered with the Information Commissioner?s Office and have data protection procedures in place to protect the personal data we hold, store and process.

Lettings Services ? The team is well established and each member has over 10 years? industry experience. We offer Let Only, Rent Collection and Full Property Management (which comes with out of hours assistance) services covering the full range of Landlords and developer?s needs. The team work closely with Tenants to find their new home, and throughout the processes of application, move-in, renewal, and eventual move out. Our fees are transparent and communicated clearly.

Sales Services ? Dan Boyes joined Alexandre Boyes in 1999 and has extensive local knowledge and experience of the Tunbridge Wells market and its surrounding areas, providing professional personable experience for sellers, developers, and buyers.

Block & Estate Management Services ? Established in 2007 the experienced team understand the value of good management, communication and efficiently run services. We offer Fully Managed or Hybrid Bookkeeping services supported by Resident Block Management software with Director and Leaseholder portals to access service charge accounts, financial reporting, maintenance ticketing and messaging. You will have a designated property manager and out of hours emergency assistance (if fully managed) and the support of a bookkeeper. We manage properties in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, West & East Sussex, from West London down to Hastings. We can act as Company Secretary and are authorised by RICS to provide some regulated insurance products and services.

Money protection ? Tenant deposits are held and protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Client Money is protected via our RICS regulation. We have Client Money handling controls and procedures in place in accordance with RICS requirements.

Online ? We combine traditional and innovative methods to market properties online via Rightmove, Instagram, Twitter and Google. With professional photography, detailed floor plans, mobile & iPad friendly listings we know how to present properties to their best potential. Our website was designed in-house, is kept up to date featuring fresh testimonials, case studies and topical industry articles and more. We produce a monthly e-newsletter with almost 6k subscribers (5708 at April 2022) and you can subscribe via our website.

Staff Training ? Alexandre Boyes has been accredited by RICS to train staff since 2003. Staff keep annual ?Continuous Professional Development? training logs ensuring they keep up to date with industry and legislation, and to comply with RICS, ARLA and the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) professional membership requirements.
