Living at Moda Angel Gardens has been great. The location is super central with loads of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Transport links are really convenient with Victoria Station just a short walk away. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been generally responsive, but I have to give special credit to James and the front desk team. James is genuinely the heart of the building—he always goes above and beyond, knows everyone by name, and just gets things done. Honestly, if it weren’t for James, the building wouldn’t be the same. Once he joined the team, it truly changed the experience of living here for the better.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Something I didn’t realize before moving in is how important the front desk team would be to the overall experience—especially James. He’s honestly the heart of the building and makes everything run smoothly. You don’t really get that from a viewing, but it makes a big difference day to day.

It’s very centralized in the city and close all all necessary services, stations, shops and more. Got a great community community that’s extremely supportive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they always respond swiftly and clearly to all issues raised. The team have gone beyond and above to assist swiftly ostensibly especially Fidelia . She has got a positive energy whenever you approach her for help or Guidance. I will Rate my total experience in This Community a 100%

I wish I had known about the numerous social activities going on here at Angel gardens , this has helped me stay motivated .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Manchester is a great place to live and having Moda Angel gardens located perfectly within the city. Northern Quarter is literally on your doorstep, so that’s bonus. There are loads of bars and restaurants so close to this building. The Manchester Arndale centre is a close walk and public transport is nearby as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded very quickly and effectively. If you have any issues within the flat, the front team always helps you and sorts everything out for you or suggest things what you can do.

Nothing, it's been an amazing experience living here at Moda Angel Gardens

I can’t say anything bad about the development, my experience here at Angel Gardens has been incredible. The team here on site are amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything that they have done. A big shout out to - Fidelia, James, Kwam and Ralph and Stephen they have been like my family since joining.

Yes they have, although I didn’t have many problem because my stay has been amazing

I wish I would have known that my second family were here, I would have moved in sooner
