Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good area to be in, close to town and about 15 minute walk to the train station. A couple of shops around like Tesco express and Sainsbury’s . During the week there are some coffee shops and bars open. No free parking around the area but there are some paid car parks. Plenty of places to eat and drink etc in the centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dawn resolved all issues quickly and was really helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was no free/street parking close by which is difficult for having visitors

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super area to live in, both peaceful and safe, with excellent security and an easy stroll to the local supermarkets and the City Centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any of the minor issues have been dealt with efficiently and quickly. Very impressive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym is taking a while to get going, which seems to be due to building regulation changes. However, the plans and solution are well underway and we are all looking forward to the forthcoming opening. Despite this, we would still have decided to live here and have no regrets.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Access to local amenities is a huge benefit of the placement and community of my property, making it very incentivising to access all of my needs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only had a few issues relative to this in regards to parking, paperwork and information etc however every issue I’ve had has been swiftly and effectively resolved by a lovely lady named Dawn whom I have been lucky enough to see when I have needed help as I have never walked away still in need of assistance or further assurance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The local amenities are truly exceptional, being able to access everything you could need within 20 minutes of travel is handier than one might expect in a bigger city

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at The Junction is amazing! Great amenities, a friendly community, and a super convenient location!"

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management at The Junction has been outstanding, and Istvan, in particular, has been incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve my move-in issues, always being available — even at odd hours of the night — to make sure everything was sorted smoothly. His patience and dedication have been amazing — he’s even come out for seemingly small tasks like helping me figure out how to turn on the washing machine or the heating. His support has made settling in so much easier and truly appreciated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known about though, was the that only one key is made available, so I couldn’t get a spare key for my son, who is under 18 years old. And I need parking permit for valet car wash

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. All the time. They respond always even though it may take a while to fully resolve the issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not applicable. I hav no complaints about the development
