Yes I had a washing machine issue and it was resolved quickly and effectively.

It’s near to the center and very good proximity with a lot of nearby nice places and not that much traffic at all

Yes, Sotiris has been great for me and making sure all my problems/issues have been solved

I wish I’d known that the study room was available to use

Theres more good aspects than bad aspects in this building. I wish I knew about this property ever since I moved to moda New York square the facilites. Even the staff such as Charlotte. In my opinion this woman the best she is so kind appreciative and got a smile on to cheer your day up.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I barely raise any and if I do I am sure the building will take it serious because they are so quick with the replies.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I have known about this apartment ever since before so I could have came from before. And the staff such Charlotte one more time thank you for making my time over here.

Great, heart of the city location with Sainsbury's located in the building and theatre, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood and beyond. Excellent transport links with main bus station 5 mins walk an railway under 15 mins walk. Cross the road and you are in the Victoria Quarter shopping mall, home to Rolex, Whistles, Russell & Bromley and John Lewis. Small park is 10 mins walk, canal and river just a bit further.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the maintenance team are rapid responders! They have fixed any property issues within hours or the same day. They store spare appliances onsite.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rental arrangements have changed and deposits are now required, which is a shame as this was Moda's USP. Residents do not want to mix with others as much as anticipated. A lot of students live here compared to working professionals which is surprising. More social, networking events and exercise classes would make it even better as the facilities are under-used.
