    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Great location - only a stone throw away from city centre, UoB, walking distance to Edgbaston’s great restaurants and Morrison’s. Easy to use transport link around. Has in house parking but also easy to get long term parking near the apartment.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Quick to resolve issues with prompt replies even over the weekend

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The bed is king size rather than double so make sure to check to get the right fit

    Ideal location for anyone with numerous amounts of transport in the area, Ubers arriving within one minute no complaints.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Never had a issue as of yet however Ryan always very helpful with doors when carrying shopping and finding parcels in the parcel room etc, loads of manners top guy.

    How safe the building is especially with the concierge by main door

    Really great location, close to city centre. Theres a tram stop just opposite, nearby supermarkets and a few cafes

    The team are always available to help out with any issues, especially Ryan who has been very quick to solve any of my problems.

    Parking can be quite expensive within the building and also nearby car parks

    The location is perfect. Quiet, great views and minutes from city center and Colmore Road. The shopping is good, and easy public transportation with the tram.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We had a couple of issues when we moved in and maintenance responded immediately!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The wi-fi in the co-working space is terrible so I’m not actually able to work in the co-working space. This is a major disappointment and has caused some challenges for me to find a place to work and take calls. The other thing is I wish the facility had a yoga group class room like the Moda on Broad street. The gym is quite small and I’m not able to use the space for what I need.

    Loudons Yard is in a fantastic location, edgbaston is a beautiful and vibrant place to be with a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants all serving quality products. Far enough outside of the city centre that you have space to slow down and enjoy the day but a short tram journey will take you to the heart of Birmingham.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    All issues are being ironed out most have been outside of management control.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Regular activities arranged such as circuits in the gym, cooking in the private kitchen, movie nights and major sports events on the big screen.
