YOUR STUDIO
Your private studio apartment has a comfy double bed, a desk, and a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, a combi oven, and a breakfast bar. The fittings and finishes in your en-suite bathroom are clean, modern, and high-spec. All the home comforts include a Samsung TV, Hypnos mattress, waterfall shower, under-bed storage, and plenty of built-in wardrobes. Getting in and out is easy and safe with your secure keycard.

Folk offers an all-inclusive package that covers studio rental and associated costs for utilities, WiFi, and council tax within a fixed monthly fee. The advertised rental price applies to the studio only and excludes the £210 fixed fee for these associated costs. To calculate the total monthly fee payable, the £210 should be added to the advertised rental price.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Living here is great! The area has a good range of shops, restaurants, and bars, all of decent quality. There are plenty of open spaces to enjoy, which are well-maintained. Transport links are very convenient with buses and trains running frequently, and I haven’t noticed any major issues. My street is quiet, parking is usually available, bin collections are reliable, and there’s little to no anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has always been responsive and quick to resolve any issues I’ve raised, which is very reassuring.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how active and friendly the community is here—it’s a great bonus! Also, the bins can fill up quickly, so it’s worth keeping an eye on the collection schedule.

    Very clean area, lots of nice restaurants by and coffee shops. Also very close to Wandsworth town which is lovely for dinner

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have had problems such as lights in my flat etc and the problem is usually fixed within a day

    Nothing really, I think the tour before moving in was insightful

    Absolutely amazing. Love everything about the building. it is easy - making friends or working in different locations. would recommend

    The management is so friendly. Darren and Nicco make such a difference in creating community and hell whenever needed. Would definitely recommend

    just that the train station is a bit far. apart from that all good

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is well design with the River thames at 1 min walk, a little shop Co-op 2min walk and buses stop 5min walk. I would have love to have a parking area on site as London is quite expensive to park at. The station name Clapham junction is around 15 min walk. You got a pharmacy / NHS to 2 min walk. A restaurant, storage company, nail salon and plus around 5min walk.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They always ready to help and very understanding. I didnt really have any personal issues but when I do need them for a quick request they are always replying and efficient.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The room itself got many storages and they also got back up storage (if available) in the bike room.

    I like the area; next to the river, transport & essential shops yet quiet & feel quite safe living here

    So easy to book & was fixed within a day. No complaints!

    A 2nd tour around moving in date would be handy as a reminder of all the facilities but not essential
