I really enjoy living here. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, it’s almost overwhelming! Transport links are amazing. In all honesty I am very lucky to live here.

Excellent Transport Links: King’s Cross is one of London’s most connected areas. The station serves multiple Underground lines. Amenities: The neighborhood boasts a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and one would say that Cost of Living: Living in King’s Cross comes with a premium price.

Efficiently. However, as with any development, experiences may vary depending on the specific issue and timing of the request The 24/7 concierge and on-site management team are so helpful

For a new neighbour, the best tip would be to take full advantage of the on-site amenities and connect with the concierge team—they’re often helpful in making daily life easier! Anthony and the night guys

The area is beautiful and has many shops, however the building is quite far from the tube which is makes it less convenient, and the noise of trains can be disturbing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very attentive, they respond quick and always followup. In case of mistakes they are very apologetic

How far the building is from the tube and the amount of construction around that makes rhe bus stop unavailable and the area a bit noisy.

I really like how it’s not too busy around here, there are a lot of nice open areas to walk around and the walk from the station is relatively safe all day and night
