At the very top, a serene fourth bedroom opens onto a private balcony-a rare outdoor escape in the heart of the city.

Each bed is made up with crisp hotel-style linens for a luxurious night's sleep. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided to ensure a smooth, comfortable arrival.

Professionally cleaned before every stay, the home offers a high standard of comfort and a warm, refined welcome from the moment you step inside.
Guest access
You will have full access to the property, so please treat it as your own and with respect. I strive to ensure every guest feels at home and enjoys the space to its fullest.

To enhance your stay, high-quality linens, premium toiletries, and a thoughtfully curated welcome pack will be provided, ensuring your experience is both comfortable and memorable.
Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, and shampoo) for your stay, along with a welcome pack that includes Nespresso pods, teas, fresh milk, and biscuits to make you feel at home.

Additional linen and toiletries are available for £30 per pack. Just message me, and I'll guide you to where they're stored or arrange a delivery. For extra cleaning services, please contact me directly.

Late check-in after 9 PM can be accommodated. Kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Late check-out may be arranged upon request.

Please note: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Kindly use the outdoor terrace if needed, as smoking inside the property will incur a £500 penalty.
