All our apartments are furnished to a high standard; we have furnished our rental homes just as we would our own. From day one you can settle in knowing that your internet and utility accounts have already been installed and taken care of whilst also included in your rent. Whether you lay your head in a studio or buddy up in our co living suite you'll each have your own ensuite with walk in shower for that extra little bit of privacy. In our co living suites you'll be sharing the kitchen where you can get creative with your recipes and relax together in your living room.

    A place you could call home, amazing community, top tier staff, the location is pretty good as well since you’re close to the center so pretty much everything is near by

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven’t had any problems, they’d manage to solve whatever problems the building has before I even notice them such as minor maintenance work

    Honestly everything is pretty well summarized by the landlord

    Location, location, location, in the centre of everything, shops, bars, theatre, art gallery, transport hub,, 15 minutes from train and bus station.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    What problems? A couple of small issues and these were dealt with possibly within 15 minutes.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Not sure how to answer this, because I read about different apartments and the facilities and for me there were no surprises.

    The point is very close to shops as it is in the heart of the city, which is very convenient if you wish to walk or cycle everywhere.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have yet to have any problems but feel optimistic that if I did that they would respond promptly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known about this property sooner as I love staying here. It is so convenient being so close to local shops and close to buses so I can commute or cycle to where I want to go. I am delighted I decided to move into this amazing property.

    There is a good range of shops nearby. Main bus station and train station are about 5 minutes walk. Depending on where you are headed, there is a bus stop about 100 meters away. The downside is there is no parking. It would be good if they could arrange discounts for residents to use car parks that are nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Fast response to emails and when I needed something fixed, it was done the next day.

    Bad: lack of getting to know my neighbours and the level of noise from the road. Good: very helpful staff

    The staff at the point are always super friendly and helpful especially Mr Phil at the reception! The security personnel are always super helpful as well!

    Issues are always addressed in a timely and orderly manner.

    Love the different events organized by the team! A great opportunity to meet the residents in the building .
