Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This location is amazing, as it's right next to Stratford station and several bus stops. It's next to Stratford Broadway and Westfield, where there are many shops and restaurants. The building is so well maintained with frequent bin collections.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had many issues, but the minor issues I have had were dealt with very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you care much about small cafes and local spots the area isn't that good for that, as there are a lot more chains available nearby. Hackey is a short walk away however, so it's easy to get somewhere that is

The maintenance team here is amazing, always ensuring everything runs smoothly and is well taken care of. A special shoutout to José, who goes above and beyond to help residents—he’s always friendly, efficient, and ready to fix any issue quickly. Having such a dedicated team makes living here even better!

I wish I knew how active and social the community was before moving in. There are always events and gatherings, which might surprise you if you prefer quiet. For example, I recently took part in a pool competition organized by Farhan—it was fun, competitive, and a great way to connect with neighbors!
