The rent for each room is:-
For a long term single occupant is £800 pcm and £900 pcm for double occupancy.

For short term lets between 1 and 2 months the rent is £1000 pcm for single occupancy and £1100 pcm for double occupancy. Please note that for stays between 1 and 2 months, full payment for the whole stay is required before the start of the lets. However, for these short lets the deposit is reduced to £300.
