    The maintenance team/ guy are absolutely amazing! Super helpful and speedy, super kind and respond well and do the job well!

    Very well - speedy response and speedy maintenance

    That the price of rent would go up every year/ and that there will be building works/ noise on a morning

    Perfect location with restaurants, coffee places, shops and really well connected with the public transport. 15 minutes walking to the city centre and 5 minutes to the beautiful Peel Park.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Super quickly: you can really see that Emma and Ben are doing extra miles in this

    Loving my new space so far with maintenance being done swiftly upon request with Vincent being super incredible

    Building management has been responsive and professional, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is clear and timely

    Clean lovely apartment Great central area with a huge park just opposite perfect for tenants with dogs Maintenance team always on hand and so friendly

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been great. I had Dave come round to fix some issues that I have been having and he was lovely and friendly, and super helpful. He noticed something in my flat that I wasn’t aware of and offered to fix it for me so he went above and beyond for what he needed.

    Nothing at all. Everything has been as described and everything is fine perfect condition

    Enough around locally, a few gems if you look. Walk to the centre is short if you want more though! Parking is a bit tough.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Quick to fix our fridge, and quick to repair some issues after reviews.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It's a little tough to get parking in the vuilding, and the local options aren't great either, but hoping that will be fixed soon.
