Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

New Street Station and several bus stops are only a few minutes away on foot, making public transport highly convenient. Driving in the area is also straightforward. The local area has a great selection of shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance—but just far enough to keep the building and street peaceful and quiet. The local neighbourhood feels safe and the local community is friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management actually made us aware of a few, very minor snags with our new build at move-in and proactively arranged for the in-house maintenance team to fix them. Their communication and responsiveness have been excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing to note is that although driving is easy, the area feels like you're in the heart of the city—so expect occasional congestion during peak times or difficulties in finding suitable parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

B5 Birmingham offers great shops, restaurants, and bars, especially in Digbeth and the Chinese Quarter. Transport links are excellent, with nearby train stations and buses, though traffic congestion is common. Parking is limited, bin collections are regular, and nightlife is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast response from the in house management and staff

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing all good on my part. Great location and amenities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is located near Chinatown and the village. It is rather central, and it’s walking distance from the New Street station, the main shopping centre, and the market. The environment is safe, and also clean. Also, the streets nearby are not dangerous.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I never had “problems”, here. Only small requests and issues that were tackled in a reasonable time (i.e. - less than one working day) and immediately solved or answered

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I moved here from London and I was one of the first tenants, so I’ve seen this environment growing. From my perspective, what I wanted was to relax, and this is the right place.
