Villa Rondine nestles in the quiet Umbrian countryside and is situated just one kilometre from Panicale, one of the most beautiful hilltop villages in Italy.

The large kitchen flows from the living room and accommodates a useful utility room. The back of the kitchen opens into a light area, used as a studio with glass doors to the outside.
From the living room an elegant staircase leads to the first floor hallway serving the en-suite master bedroom, which enjoys a dual aspect with spectacular views. There are two further double bedrooms and an additional bathroom. A panelled door from the hallway leads into the second beautiful living room with a high vaulted beamed ceiling and the original large fireplace. Via a brick-arched doorway , lies a further large fully-fitted dining kitchen. Double glass doors from the lounge lead into the pretty beamed outside loggia which is perfect for a sunny breakfast with a view of Panicale. The original old wood burning oven is known to make the perfect pizza! The external stairs lead down to the garden.
Within the grounds, relax in a covered outdoor lounge or walk through the little archway and through the gate to discover the pool area, offering a large swimming pool with plenty of space to relax in the sun and also a covered relaxation and games area.
