    The outside view from my apartment is fantastic! Any Dislike - the new broadband Ask4 is not great! It's very difficult to connect new devices.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have had no issues, Only the intercom though i haven't reported it yet.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish i had been given more information on The Ask4 broadband.

    Close to everything! Tram stop round the corner, co op, tescos and Morrisons close by. 20 minute walk into deansgate

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes all issues are recognised instantly, I put a maintenance on Tuesday night and had someone over on Wednesday morning. Any questions I have I feel comfortable enough to ask thanks to helpful and friendly team.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Everything that we needed to know (that’s actually important) was explained well and shown to us at viewing! Thank you 🙂

    Really close to a local Co-op and a tesco. Super close top Cornbrook tram stop. Really good faciloities- lovely gym and weekly resident events. Staff are incredibly friendly especially Muneeb , always up for a lovely chat.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have not had many issues however I have had a quick response and turnaround time

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Carpark is slightly expensive and wish the gym was slightly bigger with more equipment. Also wished there was a rooftop terrace to enjoy the sunshine.

    I think the Trilogy is in a Good location, the tram stop is only a 5 minute walk away and a lovely restaurant close by called Banyan Tree, no dislikes.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The staff have responded to any issues i have had.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing, After moving in staff have been here to help with any issues i have had.

    The retail park is just down the road with lots of shops, as well as Co-op and Tesco nearby and the tram links - all very convenient!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever we have raised issues they have been sorted in a decent time and the maintenance staff are friendly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The hot water tanks can sometimes run out quickly and it gets very hot in the apartment during the summer.
