3-min walk to the station with very frequent trains to the city, parking available for visitors. This part of the city’s nice and feel safe walking home from station but probably not the other side of croydon.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not raised any issues so far so no comments

Minor point - didnt know parcels wont get delivered straight to my door but go to reception every single time regardless of whether I’m home or not

Close to the train station with quick connection to London Bridge or Gatwick airport. Close to Boxpark as well

So far they have addressed any issues faces, no complaints

Constant increase of rent every year and no Air conditioning for the summer.

There is a great connection to London. Convenient reception for our parcels. Size of the flat spacious.

The most convenient thing about living in the area I’m at is that it’s closer to the station, and we have a lot of public transport options nearby to get anywhere. Maybe I’m not aware of it but wished we had a park nearby

Positive: proximity to transport links, restaurants, shopping stores and other amenities (gym, barber shops, etc…) Negative: instances of low safety due to antisocial behaviour (drunk and/or drug induced individuals) and construction noise from the development of neighbouring properties.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The request for maintenance is done swiftly in recent periods.

My inability to change/switch utility providers should have been clearer from the onset as I would have preferred the ability to take advantage of cheaper tariffs provided by other utility providers.
