On the other side, across the River Irwell, is Deansgate and Manchester city centre with everything it has to offer.TRAVEL FROM OUR HOMESTo travel from this area you will find yourself an 8 minute walk to Victoria station with its mainline trains and tram service and a 9 minute walk from Spinningfields. The city's financial district is also a great spot to go after work to one of its many bars or restaurants.ABOUT OUR HOMES
Each home at Chapel Wharf has a balcony or a terrace that runs the full length of the apartment. You can rent either furnished or unfurnished. If you choose furnished you can expect good quality furniture made from solid wood with either a light or dark finish. Superfast broadband forms part of your experience at Chapel Wharf and gives you a connection all across the development. All of our two bed apartments have two similar sized ensuite bedrooms, making it simple for people looking to share. A selection of pet friendly apartments are also available on specific floors throughout the Chapel Wharf development.
ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY
Chapel Wharf has lots of shared spaces residents can use day to day, either for working in or as places to spend time with friends and neighbours, and private rooms available to book for get togethers. It also has a well-equipped gym and studio on site, with classes running throughout the month. We have a team of people on site 24 hours a day at Chapel Wharf who you'll get to know when you live here. You can mostly find them on the ground floor where they're always around to answer a question, lend a hand or just have a chat.
House Kitchen
The house kitchen is open all day every day. Residents are welcome here any time, to come and get a coffee, talk to members of the team, or work at the big kitchen table.
Lounge
We have designed the lounge as a space where people can relax on the sofas, sit and work from their laptop, read a book or catch up with friends.
Gym
We have a gym on site equipped with Technogym machines, including cardio equipment, free-weights and a range of weights machines. From the studio we run scheduled yoga classes.
Club Room
The Club Room is a quiet space during the day for people to work in. In the evenings and during the weekends this space is often used for events, including film screenings on the big projector screen. The room can be booked out for private hire, and is also where some of the clubs meet up each week.
The Gallery
The gallery is a room that is available for residents to hire privately. You can cook for friends and host them around the big table, have a party or watch a film.
Gardens
The gardens offer some nice areas where you can sit and read a book, or just enjoy the sunshine on one of the deck chairs

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is within walking distance, including public transport (trams are 10-15 minutes, Salford central is 5 minutes and bus stops to most places are within 5 minutes walk) and town (NQ, barbers, food spots, Ancoats, Aldi, Lidl), Asda across the road for emergency snack runs. Not a lot of noise, residents are respectful, generally a happy place to live. Gym is good,
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always supportive, willing to listen and help. Helped me move flats within the development and heard my concerns.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None, all was made clear and communicated. Perhaps the annual rent increase on contracts would be a useful thing to consider (or consider doing away with).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location, trains and busses close by. Lots of shops and restaurants near by and the city centre is a short 10 mins walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had few issues in the 3 years. We had a leak from upstairs that was resolved quickly by the maintenance team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
High floors save you on electricity. You may pay more to be higher but you never need to put the heaters on!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent, offering easy access to both the city center and my office. Grocery shopping is convenient with Arndale Shopping Mall close by. The bin room is positioned in the parking lot, ensuring there are no unpleasant odors. Plus, after living here for over a year, I have no noise complaints at all.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance is excellent. When I had an issue with my shower, I simply reported it through the app, and they promptly came the next day to fix it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Paraphrase: Nothing. I had a proper viewing before moving in and all communication went very well with the property managmenet. All electricitu, council tax and water has been arranged by the management when I moved in.
Manager's response5Thanks for the fantastic feedback about our onsite team Dan, which is much appreciated. I'm absolutely delighted that after a year Chapel Wharf is still living up to your expectations, and I hope you'll continue to be very happy living here.
