GROUND FLOOR: 1 double Bedroom and α shower room and an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Leading out from the living area is a covered, shady seating area of the expansive terrace surrounded by a traditional stone-built wall. This terrace is very private and could be made especially safe for small children by installing a small security gate where a few steps lead down to the pool and surrounding terrace. The pool is shared by 6 townhouses. The complex is neat and well cared for. There is a parking place in front of the house for one car and ample parking for guests in the wide lane in front of the house.

UPSTAIRS: The large double bedroom with a double bed and children's double-decker bed has floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with lots of storage space. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a top-loading washing machine. From the upstairs landing, the sliding glass doors open onto a large, partly covered/shady, terrace with a view over the pool.

Both Georgioupolis and Kavros offer year-round amenities, e.g. large supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants/tavernas, coffee shops, patisseries, clothes and gift shops, etc., etc. There is a bank in Georgioupolis and also a pre-primary, primary and junior school.

The only fresh-water lake, Lake Kourna, is about 5 minutes' drive from the property. It is a marvellous and green area, offering pedal-boating during summer, horse-riding excursions, hiking, mountain-biking, mini train rides to visit various interesting towns in the area, and sight-seeing excursions.
