    One of the good aspects is that it's a very convenient place to live.there are plenty of shop,supermarkets,and restaurants nearby,

    When I have reported issues,they have usually been addressed within a reasonable time frame communication is clear,and I appreciate that they are approachable and easy to contact when needed,

    Everything I need -like shops public transport and parks is just a short walk away.

    Fantastic location with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and open spaces. It is also very close to the tram stop, which is convenient.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not had any issues so far, but the process has been explained in detail by Rasheed.

    Nothing - everything was as expected and we were given a great tour of the additional facilities by Rasheed.

    Lovely restaurants on your doorstep. Local shops. Amazing coffee house. Really good access to the tram nextwork and only a 10 min walk into town.

    Building management have been really helpful and timely.

    I wish I knew how hot the higher floored flats get in the summer
