Located within the most exclusive gated community with 24h surveillance and security of Sotogrande, the plot where the house will be located enjoys unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea, the golf course and the North coast of Africa. In this local natural environment, natural light is intense, but is gently covered by the surrounding nature.

The connection with these elements is the core of this project, in which several patios have been designed as climate spaces, used to control the shadows, temperature and natural ventilation of the air, but also as spaces of use and enjoyment. A ventilation system with heat recovery, aerothermia and photovoltaic energy is also introduced into the project. Nature is an integral part, creating a sense of peace and balance for those who live in it.

NIWA is distributed on only two levels, in the noble and main part we find the main living room at double height, dining area, large porches and terraces, kitchen, TV room and 7 large en-suite bedrooms plus an apartment for the service with two bedrooms and all distributed on one level. On the lower floor also connected with lift, the Spa area with heated pool, gym, cellar, cinema and parking for 8 vehicles. The outer pool of 35 meters of infinite edge connects with the horizon and brings the sea into the interior of the house.
