Bickham Manor Farmhouse is located just outside the village of
Timberscombe and approximately 6.5 miles from Minehead.
The property is close to the amenities of Timberscombe which
include post office, pub, a village hall and Timberscombe First
School and Pre-School. For further schooling some of the area’s best independent schools can be found in Taunton (including Taunton School, Kings College, Queen’s College and King’s Hall) and Tiverton (Blundells).
Set within the Exmoor National Park with a convenient network
of footpaths and bridleways, the area provides ample opportunity for recreational activities.
The property would be well suited to equestrian enthusiasts. By separate agreement, at least two stables and grazing of
approximately 2.5 acres located directly opposite the farmhouse is available. There is excellent access to outstanding off road riding, including Dunkery Beacon and Dunster Deer Park.
Communications links to the area are excellent. Taunton and
Tiverton’s main line railway station offers direct trains to London Paddington and the Midlands. The M5 Motorway (Junction 24) gives fast and easy access to Exeter, Bristol and the Midlands.
