The area is well known for its outstanding beauty, the coastline and its abundance of world class link golf courses such as Royal Troon and Turnberry.

Leisure Facilities
The main reception building is of block and render construction with part timber cladding.
The building houses an indoor swimming pool, table tennis, gym, showers and toilets. In addition, there are communal areas for reading and relaxing along with a café bar serving food and beverages. To the rear of the building, reached by patio doors sits an external sitting area and putting green. The whole building was recently refurbished to include the gym and other upgrades.
Workshop & Stores
The main workshop is of corrugated steel construction with roller shutter doors and is predominantly used for storage of various park equipment, the laundry and general workshop and upkeep facilities and is situated in a quiet, secluded area of the resort away from any of the lodge areas.

The current owners have owned the park for the last 20 years and decided to diversify their current portfolio and market the resort.
It is an established holiday resort and is well known in the area and beyond attracting local visitors and international visitors alike.
The main income is generated via short term holiday letting of the lodges, presently managed inhouse (48 lodges) and also via a third-party letting company, Landal Green Parks, for the remaining 35 lodges.
